Luz Sanchez and Brandy Madera sat down recently with Ida Perez of “Su Hora Informativa” (Poder Latino 97.1 (WEPL), for conversation about SPCC services. Owned and operated by Ibero American Action, League Poder Latino 97.1 is a dual-language (Spanish/English) radio station that provides music and education capsules that highlight and inform individuals and families in the city.

We love partnering with Kenya Malcolm, PhD as we build capacity in our community for developmentally appropriate diagnosis for infants and young children. We just wrapped up the first day of our first DC:0-5 Training of 2024. Are you a mental health provider working with 0-6 year olds? There are a lot of pros and cons related to mental health diagnosis, especially for young children. And almost all of our systems require it sooner or later. And the diagnostic process can help teams and caregivers understand children and families better.

It's the Thanksgiving season, and we couldn't think of a better time to give gratitude to Wegmans Food Markets, Inc..

Earlier this fall, Wegmans provided pumpkins, paint, cookies, and cookie decorating supplies for our families who visit together at our Visitation Center. Parents and children enjoyed connecting through these creative & festive activities and were able to take their creations home to show off and remember their time together.
