Happy ! While I can promise you that *I* won't be eating any mushrooms 🍄 some of you out there may enjoy them... so this tip is for you!

Start your mushrooms in a DRY pan, cooking for a few minutes before adding your olive oil or butter. Mushrooms retain a ton of moisture, and when you wash them, even if you thoroughly dry before cooking, water will remain. By starting them in a dry pan, you'll draw out more moisture and therefore they'll will brown and caramelize much better!

The more you know. 🌈

Pizza Dip 🍕

Makes: 8 servings
Active Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Pizzeria Seasoning
1 Personal-Size Pizza Pan (8-inch)
Non-aerosol olive oil cooking spray
1 (7.5 ounce) package refrigerated buttermilk original biscuit dough (10 biscuits)
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese, optional
¼ cup mini pepperoni slices, (1 ounce)

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, ½ cup shredded mozzarella, mayonnaise and Pizzeria Seasoning. Vigorously mix until well combined; set aside.
Spray Personal-Size Pizza Pan with cooking spray. Open and separate biscuits. Carefully cut each biscuit in half. Place around the edge of pan, cut-side-down, and overlapped to form a ring. Brush the biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Mound the prepared dip in the center of the pizza pan, touching but not covering the biscuits. Sprinkle the top with remaining ½ cup mozzarella cheese and then top with pepperoni.
Bake 20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown. Serve warm.

Makes 8 servings.

Note: If you don't have our Personal-Size Pizza Pan, use an 8-inch cake pan and 8x8-inch baking pan.

Give your butter an upgrade!

What's the best thing since sliced bread? Compound butter, my friends. Compound butter.

Any of our seasonings will make a delicious compound butter... and the recipes are so easy! 1 stick of UNSALTED butter, softened + 1 tbsp of seasoning! Simply mix the two and put into the fridge to set!

If you are planning on spreading on bread, be sure to take it out of the fridge a little while before serving so it can soften again.

Enjoy!
