Weight loss is tough honestly, and one of the main things people speak on is being in a caloric deficit….

Yes it’s important to burn more calories then you take in BUT please do not be out here under eating trying to lose weight while creating nutritional deficiencies…. That will stunt your progress, throw off your metabolism, and hurt you in the long run….

Finding your specific calorie deficit includes knowing your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure).

To configure your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure), you first need to calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), and then multiply it by an activity factor based on your daily activity level.
