🌍 World Health Day

This year’s theme — Together for Health. Stand with Science. — hits close to home for us. As an evidence-based practice, we believe that real health is built on science, community, and the small daily choices that add up over time.

We asked our staff what they do to take care of themselves, and here’s what they said:
