Sometimes the truth is the most helpful, and here's what Dr. Kieran wants you to know.
1. Your spine doesn’t like to be sedentary. Movement is medicine, not optional.
2. If you only come in when you’re “broken”, you’re going to stay “broken”.
3. Your body didn’t betray you. Your routine did.
