I celebrated 17 years of wedded bliss with my husband yesterday. We had a lovely day with all the HOCO festivities. Thanks to a few local digs, we were able to enjoy food, drinks and games.

Many blessings to you on this beautiful day…our Autumn Equinox, bringing balance, harmony, and gifts of our planets perfect cycles.

Reflect on the intentional seeds planted at the beginning of 2025 and see what has been harvested. Find gratitude for all that has been accomplished in such a short amount of time.

See in nature what we harvest physically in our gardens. Find gratitude for what has grown to fuel us and carry us through.

Today, our sunlight is in perfect balance to our dark night. Then, our sun descends and winter comes around. Today, we prepare for this grand shift, turning ourselves inward, setting new intentions for a blessed cold season.

Clear out old energies, especially anything left over from this past eclipse season. Cut any final karmic ties. And then come into balance. Breathe. Enjoy the shift.

We are made from the same elements that our planet and solar system are comprised of so it’s vitally important we surround ourselves with trees, plants, and fresh air.

Get outside. Go for a walk. Hug a tree. Put your bare feet to the ground. Immerse yourself in the sounds of wildlife.

Return home to your body and spirit.
