A spark for your spirit.

Real talk. Soul truth. Energy wisdom.

Because sometimes, all it takes is one reminder to come back to yourself. All it takes is a fresh perspective to remember that you are LIGHT. You deserve to shine bright.

Today’s message is about staying positive to stay spiritual.

I say EFF THAT!

Spiritually and healing are hard AF and require serious shadow work that uncovers deep wounds, trauma, hardship, and suffering. It can suck and emotions can run high like anger, frustration, doubt, worry, and fear. And those emotions hurt.

Staying positive all the time forces us to forget that our emotions can feel both good and bad and having these polar opposites is part of being human.

Sometimes it’s beneficial to sit in the s**t. Just sit with it! Feel the yuck. Out the pain. Uncover the shadow.

Whine.

Yell.

Cry!

There is zero shame in feeling low. The choice is seeing it, feeling it and moving through it. And then, coming out of it. Choosing to learn the lesson, grow and bloom again.

Wake the light within after removing the darkness.

There cannot be light without dark.
