Today, we're building on the diaphragmatic breath. Keeping things simple and focusing on really letting the belly sink in on the exhale.

If it helps to have a visualization, you can breathe in a color and image exhaling a cloud of that color as you release and relax. πŸ’¨

ArE YoU eNdLESsly SCrolLIng?!? πŸ›‘ STOP and do this simple exercise for your cervical spine!

Option 1: Find a towel and create a roll of medium thickness. Position under the base of the skull where your neck meets the bottom of your head. Relax into the roll. You should feel gentle traction of the neck. Breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth. Start with setting a timer for 3 minutes.

Option 2: Set up same as above, but experiment with lengthening the neck by gently drawing the chin down. Do 2-5 reps and walk around around.

Integrate this into your day regularly to keep your neck happy 😊
