To My Clients, Today is our last day of business. Thank you for making 5Star Medical Transport a huge success for the past 7 years! When I Started this business, I drained my 401k, purchased two used vans and hired a driver. I was the other driver who got to personally meet my clients. Many of my customers were referrals from a lady who worked at Strong hospital at the time and later became a friend, Donna Jones. I then met a man, Roger, from Cornerstone, who helped grow the business further with his referrals. Roger was a client who believed in me and knew I cared about people. He convinced Tina, the transportation coordinator, to move her clients to 5Star, since we were "a reliable company." MANY of these clients are still with us today. We work with some segments of the population that struggle every day with addiction, mental health issues, poverty, homelessness, domestic abuse, elderly who live alone, and those just trying to survive like all of us! I've learned from a lot of my clients that I'm rich in health, my family, friends, education and my upbringing. From this lesson, it has given me the strength to focus on myself. 5Star Medical Transportation llc. is PERMANENTLY CLOSING
as of AUGUST 31, 2023

To our loyal 5Star Family,
We're permanently closing our doors as of August 31, 2023. WHY? Because we get paid by NYS Dept. of Health and unfortunately, we haven't seen a pay increase in 3.5 years. However, car insurance has risen +17%, gas has doubled in price and employee salaries have increased, but our rates have remained the same. I'm truly grateful to have worked with such amazing employees, customers and vendors. My goal as a company has always been to treat every customer like family and not have them wait hours for a return ride home. My team and I have sacrificed lunch breaks, restroom stops and our own appointments to ensure our clients weren't waiting hours. Were we perfect every time? no, but we truly did our absolute best! Thank you all for making my dream of owning a business a reality. Thank you for your kindness and understanding when cars broke down, or mistakes happened. Thank you for your support of 5StarMedical Transport. We will miss you!

Dear Clients,
Should you have an infant, you will need a car seat. Should you not have a car seat, please let me know ASAP so I can make sure I send a vehicle with a car seat. All of our vehicles are equipped with booster seats but car seats are provided upon request since most customers have these. Any questions, as always, call me directly 585-222-5555. You and your child's safety are our #1 Priority!

Said goodbye to my First vehicle in my Fleet today.... 323k miles ( 6 years with 5Star). She had more life in her but my pockets said no more, as well as my employees and customers 🤣.
