As we kick off 4th of July week it's important to practice mindfulness for others. Do you have a combat vet in your neighborhood? The loud fireworks going off can trigger trauma for them after serving in war. Let's show those who served our country kindness and empathy. 🇺🇸🎆🎇🪖🎖️❤️
