Through staff-led projects and team gatherings, both groups took time to create something meaningful for families in need of comfort and care. These blankets will bring warmth in more ways than one.

Host a House Dinner this April 🍽️

Providing a meal does more than fill a plate. It takes one thing off a family’s mind.

No planning. No grocery shopping. No cooking after a long day at the hospital. Just a warm meal waiting for them when they return and more time to focus on what matters most, being with their child.

We still have a few open dates in April, and we would love to have you be part of this meaningful way of caring for families.

A big thank you to our friends at Tilda's Pizzeria for turning Pi Day into something truly meaningful. 🍕

By offering $3.14 pizzas in exchange for canned goods, their team and community showed up in a big way for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House®. We’re so grateful for the generous donations and the thoughtfulness behind this creative fundraiser.

Moments like this are a beautiful reminder that supporting families can take many forms — and sometimes it starts with a simple idea.

💛 Wish List Wednesday

Our shelves could use a little love this week.

We’re currently in need of:
• Pasta sauce
• Easy, ready-to-heat canned meals
• Grab-and-go breakfast items
• Salty snacks
• 13-gallon trash bags

If you’re out and about, we’d be so grateful if you kept our families in mind.

Thank you to the family of Myles Genelin and the Mighty Myles Superhero Network for their thoughtful donation!

In memory of Myles, they brought nearly 400 blankets, stuffed animals, and three bags of pop tabs to help bring comfort to families staying at the House.

Have cans piling up at home? Bring them to the House this Saturday. ♻️💛

Our friends at McNeilus will be here from 8:00 a.m. to noon collecting cans as part of Cans for Kids, helping turn everyday recycling into support for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House.

It’s a simple way to make a big impact — we hope to see you there!

One of our wonderful volunteers recently stopped by the House with Shamrock Shakes, bringing big smiles!

There’s still time to get yours before March 17. At participating McDonald’s locations, 25¢ from every shake sold supports families staying at the Ronald McDonald House®.

After 206 nights, Charley is home! 💛

She left the Ronald McDonald House earlier this week after a long stay in Rochester. Her family is grateful to be back together at home, even as they prepare for frequent trips back for continued care.

Charley made sure to give one last wave goodbye as she headed out the doors of the House. Please join us in celebrating this milestone and wishing Charley and her family many comforting moments together at home.

We are actively seeking volunteers, and this is the perfect first step to see where your time and talents could make a difference.

Last week, our team had the opportunity to join Midwest Access to share the impact already happening inside the Ronald McDonald House Family Room at Mayo Clinic Hospital – Saint Marys Campus. 💛

In the first 10 days alone, the Family Room served more than 670 individuals, including 13 families from Olmsted County, offering caregivers a place to rest, recharge, and stay close during long hospital days. And the impact continues to grow.

We also talked about something many of you look forward to this time of year… Shamrock Shake season. At participating McDonald’s locations, 25¢ from every Shamrock Shake sold supports Ronald McDonald House families -- now through March 17th!
