Happy May, everyone!

Apologies for the lack of posting; motherhood takes up most of my time these days 😅 but here is my semi-regular update post!

In April I was fortunate enough to be able to attend the AMTA-NY Convention and take some fun Continuing Education classes (for treating Carpal Tunnel, TMJD and more!). I’m excited to put my new techniques to use and help my clients even more 🩷

Additionally, I would like to announce some upcoming changes I will be making. Starting in June, all services will be going up $5 for the remainder of 2025 (so, $85/60mins, $205/one package, etc.) I will be offering a cash discount that will keep my pricing where it currently is (“cash” just meaning any payment that is not a credit card, so Venmo or a check will also qualify for the discount). In 2026 I will be planning a small increase again, and removing the cash discount, but will be adjusting other discounts as well.

Alongside the price changes, I will also be making slight schedule adjustments. As I have been doing this for 10+ years, by body is starting to feel it 😅 6 days a week is no longer feasible for me, so I will be removing Wednesdays for my normal rotation. This is not a “hard” removal; if there are other days in my week that don’t fill up I will be happy to open a Wednesday to accommodate someone, but that will be my default “off” day.

Thank you to all my lovely clients for your loyalty, patience, and understanding. Your support means the world to me, and I can’t wait to see you on my table 🩷

Happy Friday everyone!

As baby is officially 12 weeks old, I am working on getting myself back into the work force. In order to avoid daycare, this means a big change in my available hours. I have updated my online booking system to match what I’m currently hoping will work for me.

Online booking is not actually open until halfway through February (as that was my original estimated return time), but I am “test running” the new hours for the next couple weeks to see if the new hours are actually feasible for me. Feel free to book those future days out, but understand that if I decide it’s too much for me we may need to reschedule. In the meantime, if you’d like an appointment between now and February 17th, please reach out to me directly and I’ll see where we can put you!

The new hours (for now) are as follows:
Mon/Tues/Wednesday; 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Thurs/Friday; 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Saturday; 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday; CLOSED

If my new schedule no longer aligns with yours, please reach out so we can find a solution for you. Thank you for being patient with me, and I can’t wait to see you all again ♥️

Remember how I said I would be taking my leave on Thanksgiving “unless she makes a surprise early appearance”? Well I must have jinxed myself, because 2 days later I was admitted to the hospital to be induced. Little Miss Thing is here, and I will no longer be taking clients for the remainder of 2023. I have no official return date, but please know I DO fully intend on returning!! All gift certificates and packages will be honored upon return to office. In the meantime, if you need recommendations for another LMT, I am perfectly happy to refer out with who I think would be the best fit for you; just reach out with your preferences 💜

🎉 Last Call for Massages!! 🎉

In case you haven’t been to me in a while, you may have missed; I’m having a baby! My due date is 5 WEEKS FROM TODAY, meaning if you want to get in any more massages from me this year, you should be looking into this next upcoming 4 weeks, as I will be taking my maternity time from Thanksgiving on (unless baby decides to make a surprise early appearance).

If you can’t get in with me or need help with referrals to other therapists, please reach out to me with your preferences and I’m happy to assist!
