Every year the most popular resolutions revolve around personal well-being (healthy eating, weight loss, mental health).

Studies also show that 43% of those resolutions have been abandoned by the end of January.

Many years of working in the ‘wellness’ industry the biggest problem I witnessed was taking on TOO much, setting impossibly high level of change to your life, and setting the stage for failure.

I often recommend starting out with a small task around your goal, mastering it, and then moving on to another. This creates an environment for success and wins while scaling up YOU and your existence.

I am a HUGE fan of KISS, no not the band, the KISS principle !

Sometimes the things I do, seem sooo simple I think everyone MUST know them. Well maybe you DO know them and/or do them, and you are not giving yourself credit or worse yet, maybe you think something so simple can't possibly make a difference!

Regardless of your thinking, putting them down & sharing them is simple, so why not share?

This page is a fun way to look at simple things you can do to improve your life.

Hopefully, they can assist you in even the smallest way, if you didn't think that these SIMPLE small things could make a difference, look again.*

So here goes -- your path to wellness may depend on !

Our Story

My business InSymmetry Wellness like many things in this life — is a reflection of the combination of my personal and professional life experiences and interests.

Professionally, I recognized a market need to provide wellness management services and education to individuals, organizations and employee groups, with the goal of helping individuals achieve their best selves through a medley of self-care modalities developed using my combined knowledge of personal training, mindfulness, and body therapies. Utilizing my management & organizational skills and experiences, as well as those as a classroom facilitator and presenter, I have evolved InSymmetry Wellness into a multi-discipline, multi-practitioner wellness practice, to empower you to improve your health, well being or “healthspan” for a greater quality of life.

Personally, I am interested in any & all healthy lifestyle pursuits, I believe good nutrition and movement are the keys to improve many aspects of your life, however, my diet is far from what I would consider pristine, nor is my fitness routine excessive. I eat to nourish my body and my soul. I embrace moderation. This includes chocolate, wine, and anyone who knows me, knows that I consider coffee a complete food group. My diet often includes local and organic and plant-based foods. I’ve cut out as much processed food as I can. I move my body and exercise my mind in a variety of ways and think we should all be open to try new things in this arena.

NO one solution applies to everyone.
