This is the perfect opportunity for you to find out what Meditations about. Besides all the health benefits and feeling great mentally and physically, its fun! You have the opportunity to meet new friends that share the same interest's. Experience for yourself, the tranquility and bliss of Meditation. I plan on having weekly Meditation events; And other events that are health based. Which include:
Audio Guided Meditations, Breathing Meditations, Active Meditations, Silent Sitting Meditations, Dancing Meditations, Yoga Meditation, Music & Field trips..Etc.. We will check out other Meditation Center's and local events (TBA)
After the Meditations we will enjoy a variety of teas and have the chance to catch up. If you have any suggestions or something to offer the group please let me know.
