Let’s talk about how is still affecting businesses🙄. The brand we originally used is out of stock until God knows when so I went with a different brand that didn’t give Lavender like it said it would (annoying) ! How to right a wrong that isn’t your fault…… keep reading
Once I rinsed the color off I realized the pigment wasn’t giving ! Instead of acting like I didn’t notice the difference I told her and offered a discount. All went well and she still loved her hair and tipped.
Sometimes things like this are out of our control, but be upfront and honest and offer a discount. They will be back 😉😘
