Lisa B. O'Shea's Qi Gong Institute of Rochester Classes are offered day and evening as well as weekend workshops and Weekend Seminars. Lisa B. Continuing Education Hours are awarded for the weekend seminars.

The Qi Gong Institute of Rochester is a center for learning the healing arts of Qi Gong exercises, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Meditation, Qi Gong Healing, Nutrition, and Tai Chi. O'Shea is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved Provider ( #451188-09). Certification in Qi Gong Therapy is also offered to those interested.

Presented by Anne Socha, a long time Shamanic Practitioner. The evening will begin with each person retrieving a Power Animal. This will be a time for personal focus and sharing. The group will also include a healing experience. The fee will be $20. All are welcome, no registration required.
