Hi there! Danielle here. 👋🏼 I’m participating in three community days at our partner studios in Rochester and Skaneateles, NY. I’m offering free mini sessions to learn about the Yoga Sutras and flow and Mantras, Mudras and Movement. I’ve been practicing and teaching for 15+ years and typically teach these offerings inside my 200 hour training. I’m excited to have these chances to connect in community and share about these meaningful parts of my personal practice and relationship with yoga with you! 👏🏼🙏🏼
