I had been struggling to "feel" what I needed to offer for the fest this year.

If you don't know me, I have other roles I function in, one as an Intuitive Healer ...which led me to the vision for Frequency One.

This year I have had to wait......to hear and feel what is needed most. As per usual, in these moments, I have learned to pause and wait to allow Spirit to lead the way.

Sure enough, the answer presented itself. What I have finally come to know is this. Alchemy within a festival scene, such as ours, is essential for the times we are in. It is written in the journey so deep in so many of us gathering in July. For the healing communities in which I reside, Med City to Medicine Tribe.... I have witnessed how much of a struggle this is. So here it is....

A workshop to introduce the idea of becoming an alchemist, to transcend the limits of the physical world while we are still living in the here and now.

This includes story telling, then a gentle handpan musical with Robbins of guided gratitude practice by Waves Sacred Healing to begin alchemizing your day that will flow into our friend Patricio Zuñiga Labarca Medicine Music set.
