To those I’ve served and those who have walked alongside me,

Thank you. Truly. Your trust and support over the years have meant more than I can express. 🙏

Over the past year, I’ve been in a deep personal and spiritual shift 🌊 moving away from a traditional model and listening more closely to what feels truly aligned. Closing the shop and returning home was part of that. Paying $650 a month for 187 square feet no longer made sense for where my work and values are headed.

I’m being guided toward group offerings and sliding scale individual sessions 🤍 I can no longer ignore the reality that so many people who need support simply can’t access it. Healing should not be a privilege. I feel called into a more communal care approach 🌱

A few reflections I feel moved to share:

🌿 Retreats do not need to be expensive to be powerful. A $300 retreat can be just as transformative as a $3,000 one. Please stay discerning about how capitalism shows up in wellness spaces.

🌀 In a medically dominant community like Rochester, it’s important to work with practitioners who don’t just say “mind, body, and spirit” but truly embody it. That spiritual integrity matters. For me, it’s non negotiable.

❤️Lead with love. Anything less may stray you from the path.

For six years, I’ve made significant financial sacrifices to serve others 💔 and while I would do it again, that model is no longer sustainable.

I know this work is deeply needed right now. I feel that in my bones ✨

For the moment, I’m pulling my individual hours from the website while I pause, recalibrate, and build something more aligned 🌊 Healing is a human right, and I won’t move forward until the approach reflects that truth.

That said, yes, I remain open to supporting aligned events, communities, and organizations. Waves Sanctuary is very much availableand I am willing to travel🤝✨

Great Light of love, peace, and wisdom,
We invite Your presence now.

We ask that Reiki flow gently and powerfully
through the land of Minnesota,
through its rivers and forests, its cities and fields,
through every home, every heart, every soul.

May this healing energy bring peace where there is unrest,
comfort where there is sorrow,
clarity where there is confusion,
and hope where there is fear.

We ask that all who live here
be surrounded in divine light,
guided by compassion, understanding, and respect.
May kindness grow in every interaction,
and may justice, dignity, and unity be restored.

Let Reiki support the leaders, the healers, the teachers,
the parents, the children, and the elders.
May they act from wisdom and love
for the highest good of all.

We send healing to those who are suffering,
to those who feel unseen or unheard,
to those who carry heavy burdens in their hearts.
May they feel held, protected, and valued.

May Minnesota become a beacon of peace,
a place where hearts awaken,
where diversity is honored,
and where love is stronger than fear.

We give thanks for this healing,
knowing it is already flowing,
already working,
already complete.

With gratitude and humility,
we place this prayer in the light.

I do not have hours on Friday’s BUT if I did, I would stand for solidarity so that it is very clear that what ICE is doing to humans is NOT ok.
