Do you have seasonal allergies? Neti pot has always been my go to solution for both myself and my family. Did you know this valuable tool comes from India? Even though it’s sold at major grocery stores, it began in India as a body cleaning method. I’ve taught my kids as young as three years old to clean out their house. It releases all the toxins that we breathe in throughout the day so that we don’t absorb them into the body, they are caught by the nasal hairs and flushed out using salt water. If you’ve never done Neti pot, feel free to DM to get a video lesson. And no, you don’t need to buy the packets of salt. You can use kosher salt, measured and learn the correct temperature for the water to decrease any pain or discomfort when you flush the nose.

Don’t go a day without challenging your body. Doesn’t have to be hard. Just needs to be consistent. If you don’t plan for it it may not happen. Be clear on your goals and make them happen. Tell your community.

Sometimes it feels like the mind is driving us, and we aren’t driving it. Worry is the imagination gone rouge into negativity. Learn meditation to be more in control of what you’re thinking. And know in the moment, at the moment of thinking the thought, that you are thinking the thought. You are more than your thoughts. You are consciousness.

We have daily live virtual fitness classes. Today is Thursday and there is sculpt at 7:30 AM, desk stretch at 12 PM, yoga for the low back in the evening, HIIT at 7:30 AM Friday and yoga for lunch at noon Friday.

Classes are sponsored by your organization or self-pay options are available. Sliding scale prices allow you the freedom to choose your price as low as five dollars for the live class plus recording.
