The Center for Youth ~ Street Outreach Program ~ (SOP) Started by kids for kids in 1971, The Center for Youth provides free and confidential services.

CYS Street Outreach Counselors seek to build trusting relationships with youth and community members and provide survival supplies such as food and clothing as well as direct access to emergency services, including shelter, as well as longer-term housing, for youth in crisis ages 12 - 21.
