Elemental Wellness Offering Therapeutic Massage, Reiki and Life Coaching I know how you feel. I myself have dealt with a lower back injury from the age of 19.

I also have a neck injury from a car accident several years ago. I know how hard it is to recover from those aches and pains. Some days are easier than others, but you keep going. I have been successful by using Massage, Chiropractic, Acupuncture/Acupressure, Energy work, Essential oils, Nutrition, and supplements. Let me help you with the knowledge I have gained over the years. I specialize in Intuitive Massage and Energy bodywork utilizing the following techniques to help your body heal itself.

- Pregnancy Massage
- Chair Massage
- Foot Treatments

I am also trained in and offer the following treatments
- Reflexology
- Neuromuscular Cupping

I also accept No-Fault insurance and some workers compensation.

Happy 2024!

We hope that everyone had a safe and happy holiday season! Below are the updates for Elemental Wellness for the coming year.

Effective immediately online booking has been reenabled for Elemental Wellness. Feel free to visit https://elementalwellness.noterro.com/ to book your appointment. If you don’t have an account on the online booking page, please text us and we will get you set up. Note that there may be appointment times available that aren't in the portal. For appointments outside the online booking window, please text us at (585) 622-4412 and we will assist you with setting up an appointment!

We at Elemental Wellness want to share our happiness with you. We will be welcoming two new members to our extended families in spring and summer. We are super excited! This does mean that we will be taking some time off when the blessed events occur. (No, it’s not Erica!)

We are also working to expand our offerings at Elemental Wellness, Erica is working on training in Somatic Healing, and Tom is going to be going back to school in the fall to work on a degree in Counseling! So many changes to come!

Lastly, we will be updating our service menu over the coming months. Keep an eye out for an announcement once we implement the changes!

We look forward to seeing everyone!

Our Story

I specialize in Intuitive Massage and Energy bodywork, using knowledge of different massage modalities, Reiki, Reflexology techniques and Aromatherapy to help you heal yourself. I'm also well versed in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Pregnancy and Chair Massage. Foot treatments and Synergy Stones Massage are also a part of the services that I offer. My hours vary from Monday to Saturday.
