Today we started to lay the backdrop for a collective project for the Spark community in honor of Friend and Colleague Tammy. There are various cut outs available until February 19, that will be in the Maker Space and Imagination Station for anyone connected to the SPARK community to come, color a cut out to add to the canvas, and take a moment to reflect on Tammy’s love of play and joyful impact on her community. 💚

As we start looking to the new year, we have held onto some thoughts for a while now about dynamics we have seen and experienced. We would like to start having some deeper conversations in a four part unfiltered series, opening dialogue about some tougher themes and topics across the child life profession, how we can start supporting each other to build a more encouraging and positive future together in order to help our amazing profession grow, and have a larger reach for our communities.
