This season, I find myself returning to a simple truth: we don’t need perfection to make progress.
Whether it’s weight loss or cholesterol management, the fundamentals still matter:
• Nourishing, whole foods
• Strength training to preserve muscle
• Reducing excess where we can
You don’t have to track everything. Start by swapping what you can.
