Today turned out to be another beautiful day for a Rochester Red Wings game. The Red Wings are currently 1st in the East division, and we were proudly cheering them on! ⚾️

Today we celebrated Dutch Day throughout our entire community! This time of year the Netherlands is in full bloom with beautiful tulips. We brought the tulips, some of their food (not the herring) and culture to The Village. It was a lot of fun and I think we’ve all decided that The Netherlands is a destination we must explore now with Travel by Leisure Care! 🇳🇱 🌷
We recently had the pleasure of Jake from Rendever visit The Village at Unity to demonstrate their virtual reality programs for senior living communities. And let us tell you, it was one of the most enjoyable and funny programs we've had recently.
Residents and staff traveled on African safaris and Caribbean cruises or to specific memory invoking locations like Mt. McCauley in the Adirondacks (where one resident first met his wife many years ago). The sky was the limit--but not really, some staff were even brave enough to try sky diving!
