I recently sat down with Kristin Kurtz of New Wings Coaching to share my story: The Collapse, The Calling, and The Comeback. From Chennai to New York, my journey has been marked by faith, resilience, and the God who sees.

We also talked about my path from family medicine to integrative medicine, and why whole-person health matters more than ever. True transformation, as Romans 12:2 reminds us, begins with renewing the mind. Understanding my own limiting beliefs has been key to my healing, thriving, and wellness.
