Compassionate Health Center provides free quality health care to uninsured and underserved individuals of Fulton County, Indiana who are at or below 250% of the federal poverty guideline. CHC provides basic healthcare exams, screenings, medication assistance, basic lab services, health education services, and mental health counseling. We do not receive federal or state funding and operate solely on private donations from our community, grants, and fundraisers.

Our Story

The mission of Compassionate Health Center is to provide underserved and uninsured adults of Fulton County, Indiana with high quality integrated healthcare services. We endeavor to provide competent, accessible, and compassionate healthcare to those in need.

CHC provides basic healthcare exams, screenings, medication assistance, basic lab services, limited dental, vision, health education services, and mental health counseling. CHC is a 501c3 corporation. We do not receive federal or state funding and operate solely on private donations from our community, grants, and fundraisers.
