💙 At Lattimore, caring for our communities goes beyond the clinic walls.

Our crew at Lattimore Physical Therapy of Spencerport rolled up their sleeves with Greater Rochester Habitat for Humanity to help build a home right here in the community. 🛠️🏠

Meanwhile, our Lattimore Physical Therapy of BrownStone FLX team partnered with Symmetry Barbershop, Canandaigua to host a back-to-school event, providing free haircuts, school supplies, and hygiene/health products for local families. ✂️🎒✨

We’re so proud of our teams for giving back and supporting the communities we’re lucky to be a part of! 🙌

💡 Did you know? New York State has 𝘥𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 to physical therapy — meaning you don’t legally need a physician’s referral to start treatment. That means less waiting and a quicker path to recovery 🙌

👉 Some insurance plans may still require a referral or prior authorization, so it’s always smart to check with your provider.

📸 𝘾𝙖𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 — 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣!

This past weekend, 20 of our clinicians from across the Lattimore network came together for an advanced continuing education course: 𝗦𝗥𝗨𝗤 – 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿, hosted by the 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗜𝗔𝗠𝗧).

This hybrid course dove into evidence-based approaches for shoulder and upper quarter rehab, including movement screening, biomechanics, injury prevention strategies, and return-to-sport progressions. 💪

We’re proud to invest in our team’s continued growth so they can bring the most up-to-date, effective care to our patients across Greater Rochester and beyond. 🌟

We're officially 𝟙𝟘𝟘 𝕕𝕒𝕪𝕤 𝕒𝕨𝕒𝕪 from our 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐟 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐜, and this year is the 10th Year teaming up with and stepping onto the greens for a worthy cause. ⛳ This tournament is the perfect embodiment of their mission of supporting families with children battling rare conditions by raising funds to help these families with medical, travel, and food expenses.

This year, we are raising money for the American Heart Association ❤️ and the families that rely on their support as they face the challenges of living with a life-altering heart condition. The funds raised for this year’s tournament will be donated to both the AHA and a local child and their family who they are currently working with.

Help us help those in need! Let's go big for #10 and beat our number from last year; they deserve it! 📈 Donations are being accepted through July 25th in all clinics, and this year, we've made it easy to donate with Venmo – no need to stop in if you're not nearby! 📲
