A study on cupping therapy for pain relief has been done and the verdict is in… IT HELPS! 👏🏼 If you have ever received cupping therapy for pain relief, you already knew this!

Two of my personal and nearly instant pain relieving cupping experiences 👇🏼

1. On a cruise while dressing up for dinner each evening and wearing heels, even not for very long, my feet were killing me by the time I got out of them 👠 So immediately after taking the heels off I applied the cups that I specifically use for feet and let them be for 5-10 minutes while I laid down to relax. After taking the cups off I had NO more pain. It was absolutely amazing.

2. While experiencing knee pain that just wouldn’t go away, I decided to apply cups all around my knee and let my leg rest for 10 minutes. Upon taking the cups off my knee pain was gone.

If you haven’t tried cupping therapy for pain, you absolutely need to give it a try!

Each cupping massage involves traditional massage therapy (massaging with my hands) and the application of silicone cups which are left stationary and also used to massage by gliding them while suctioned.

Throwback! 🤣

2020 was hard on most of us, but I’m pretty sure that cupping massage is the answer. 🤣

Client: “I bet I look like I got attacked by an octopus!” 🐙 Yes, she definitely did, but that’s sometimes just how your body reacts and shows us that it was needed. She also said “okay but I feel SO much better.” 🤗 Yassss!
