Who would have thought 57 could feel soo good.

I'm not sure how many of you have been following me on my skin journey, but it has been brutal. I would not wish this upon any human or orange orangutan. ;)
I haven't been able to work, play volleyball, leave my house......basically been torture.

New profile pic is when I walked into the latch on a bathroom stall.. that scar has been messing with my eyebrow follicles.... but since releasing that scar...I have new growth .. eyebrow stubble

1 year ago yesterday I woke up in SICU (surgical critical Care) With a tube in my throat, and my hands tied to the bed. I had survived somehow my first and only Siezure. After the loss of my dear friend Matt, I fell into old patterns of self medicating. I thought I was doing ok, but clearly Not. After nearly chewing off my tounge, and a blod clot in my R leg...my life is 180 degrees in the opposite direction.
I spent the next year doing all the work to clear my childhood trauma, and sports injuries. Finally breaking myself out of my Fascial Cage ( copywrite pending ). In doing this I stepped out of my ADHD mindset, healed my body ( I feel like and playing volleyball with a 35 yr old body ) I forgiven all those who wronged me, and asked for forgiveness from those I felt I needed to. I know God forgivess me and loves me.
This has also lead to elevated healing capabilites with my current skill set of deep tissue functional massage, and an energy intuitive aspect which only makes the touch more profound
