Spring is right around the corner… which means golf season is almost here ⛳️

If you want to hit the ball farther, move better, and avoid those nagging back, hip, and shoulder injuries that show up mid-season, now is the time to start training.

💧 Hydration Matters More Than You Think

Staying hydrated is one of the simplest ways to support your energy, recovery, and overall health.

How much water should you drink each day?
A good rule of thumb is:

➡️ Drink about ½ your bodyweight in ounces of water per day

Examples:
• 120 lbs → ~60 oz per day
• 150 lbs → ~75 oz per day
• 180 lbs → ~90 oz per day

You may need more if you:
• Exercise regularly
• Spend time in hot weather
• Sweat heavily

Benefits of proper hydration:
✔️ Better energy levels
✔️ Improved workout performance
✔️ Joint and muscle support
✔️ Better digestion
✔️ Helps regulate body temperature

💡 Pro Tip: Start your day with a full glass of water before coffee to kickstart hydration.
