The Community Health Workers Association of Rochester, Inc., will be hosting a Community Health Workers Recognition Luncheon, Thursday, October 9th, 2025 from 11:00am to 2:00pm at Glendoveers, 2328 Old Browncroft Boulevard, Rochester, NY 14625.
As part of the event, we will be presenting awards to Community Health Workers from various programs across Finger Lakes and Western New York in honor of their outstanding service, compassion and dedication as a CHW. Awards will include:
Outstanding Leadership
Inspirational Success Story
Community Service
Years of Service, and Outstanding Project
