It allows me to help people on their own path to natural wellness. I enjoy talking with the client in order to develop the right treatment plan and finding the most effective massage modality to help their body heal. Sometimes this is a one time session but most times a series of massage sessions are needed to get the body responding in a more healthful way. I am a graduate of the Associate of Science Massage Therapy Program at the Minnesota School of Business. This program provided me with over 1000 hours of educational hands on class time. I am well practiced in multiple therapeutic modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports, Hot Stone, and Pregnancy Massage.
