Got a backpack on your list for Back to School shopping? Follow these tips for optimal backpack fit on your sweet little scholar:

1. Buy a small or medium sized backpack, so they don't have room to pack the kitchen sink
2. Choose a backpack with wide, padded shoulder straps to disperse the weight
3. Their backpack should weigh no more than 10% of their bodyweight when it's packed
4. The bottom of their backpack should be a maximum of 4 inches below their belt line.
