🌸Spring is here💚 We’ve all heard the saying, “use it or lose it.” Yoga is a powerful way to age gracefully, no matter our stage of life. As we grow older, we often slip into shallow breathing and fall into repetitive physical and mental patterns. These habits can limit our mind, body, and overall experience of life.
