Body and Sole Wellness Spa Health & Wellness starts with the most abused part of our bodies...our feet! The average person uses his or her feet the equivalent of four miles a day.

With coaching, care and education not only your feet but your whole Body and Sole will feel reborn! Feet are subjected to many ailments especially when they are "overused & abused". One quarter of our bones (26) are in our feet. Pedicures were created to keep your feet healthy by keeping bones, muscles, joints & tendons flexible & healthy. As we age, regular pedicures help us to reduce problems, discomfort & tiredness. Certified Master Pedicurists are certified to work with diabetic feet, CVI, chronic dry skin, fungal infections and many other disorders that affect the feet. If you have diabetes, circulatory issues, or other concerns for your feet, I want to help you!

Let’s be real—when your feet hurt, you’re not just dealing with a little discomfort.
You walk differently. You stand differently. You hold tension in places you didn’t even know you had.
Your mood shifts, your sleep suffers, and your energy tanks.

It’s not just about foot pain.
It’s about everything that pain affects—your posture, your circulation, your hormones, your stress levels
 even your relationships.

Because when you’re not grounded, supported, or cared for from the soles up

You can’t show up as the version of yourself you want to be.

Tip of the Day:
Before you reach for the pain reliever
 check your shoes.

Tight toe boxes, worn-out soles, or lack of arch support can throw off your whole alignment—leading to knee, hip, and back pain.

Stand barefoot and lift all 10 toes
Now press just your big toes down
Then press just your pinky toes

Something FUN for your 👣

Micro-Ritual: The 2-Minute Foot Flow Boost
Stand barefoot or in socks.
Rise onto the balls of your feet, hold for 3 seconds, lower slowly.
Repeat 10x.
Then march in place, lifting knees gently, arms swinging.
Finish with 3 deep breaths and a forward bend (reach for toes).

The Nerve! Your Feet & the Nervous System
Your feet đŸŠ¶ contain over 1000’s of nerve endings—each one sending messages to and from your brain. 🧠 That’s a lot of communication happening right at your foundation. No wonder when you stub your toe it hurts like a #%% #%! However, a good foot massage helps your whole body relax!

When you’re overwhelmed or stuck in stress mode, your nervous system (especially your limbic brain) sends signals to your muscles to tighten, brace, or shut down. Your feet often reflect this with symptoms like:

* Cold toes
* Tingling or numbness
* Tension in arches
* Restlessness or foot cramping
Think of your soles as your body’s emotional Wi-Fi—they’re constantly transmitting signals based on how safe or supported you feel.

Sole Shift: Foot rolling stimulates the vagus nerve, which helps shift you from fight-or-flight into rest-and-digest mode. It’s a nervous system reset you can do anywhere.

 it all filters down and settles into your soles.

Think about it:

When your mind is racing, do your feet feel restless or tense?
When your body’s exhausted, do your feet ache or feel heavy?
When you feel grounded and calm—how do your feet feel then?
Your feet are messengers.
They tell you when to slow down. When to stretch. When to rest.
You just have to listen.
