Our practice is excited to host a Foodlink Drive from November 24th – January 9th! 🌟

Join us in supporting Foodlink of Rochester as they work to end hunger and build healthier communities. Every can, box, and contribution—big or small—helps make a meaningful difference for families right here in our community. ❤️

✨ How you can help:
✔️ Bring in healthy, shelf-stable items (beans, veggies, whole grains, soups, lean meats)
❌ Skip high-sodium or sugary items (full list on the flyer!)
📱 You can also scan the QR code on the flyer for even more ways to support!

Let’s come together and spread some kindness this season. Thank you so much for your generosity! 💚
