Delphi Rise is proud to be one of 26 organizations across the Finger Lakes selected through United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes Creating Synergy for a Stronger Future initiative!

This opportunity will strengthen our capacity to serve people facing some of the toughest challenges in our community — those navigating substance use, housing instability, food insecurity, and reentry after incarceration.

With this support, we will partner with True North Executive Solutions to launch a guided strategic planning process that includes:

• A deep review of organizational readiness amid major shifts in Medicaid and public funding

• A focus on long-term sustainability for our core programs, including our 24/7 Open Access Clinic, outpatient care, prevention services, housing and reentry supports, and our peer-led pantry program.

• Exploration of mission-aligned partnerships and shared service opportunities that expand access across Monroe and Wayne Counties

“As the external funding landscape becomes more uncertain, it is essential that we strengthen our ability to adapt so the people we serve never lose access to care,” said Jennifer Cathy, President and Chief Executive Officer of Delphi Rise. “We are deeply grateful to United Way for this investment not only in our future, but the future of the nonprofit sector.”

We are thankful for this opportunity to build stronger systems that ensure people who rely on Medicaid, are uninsured or underinsured, or are experiencing substance use, homelessness, mental health concerns, or reentry challenges can continue to find support, stability, and hope at Delphi Rise.
