Today is International Tarot Day ✨

☝️ Fun fact: modern playing cards are actually believed to have evolved from tarot-style card systems — what began as richly symbolic decks eventually inspired the hearts, spades, clubs, and diamonds we recognize today.

🔮 The classic, universally recognizable tarot deck Rider-Waite-Smith deck, first published in 1909, helped shape much of the tarot symbolism still used today. Conceived by mystic Arthur Edward Waite and vividly illustrated by artist Pamela Colman Smith.

Today, thousands of modern artistic interpretations now in circulation, tarot continues to evolve as both art and reflection.

🌿 Every Thursday, Stacy offers Regulate for Resilience, available both in person and virtually — a gentle weekly reset designed for anyone moving through overwhelm, burnout, or the fast pace of everyday life. Through breathwork, tapping, vocal stimulation, reflection, and connection, this class creates space to reconnect mind and body in a supportive way.

Holding space during Energy Share, offering Reiki, creating moments of calm protection through their work, or quietly helping behind the scenes as one of our Heart Members — Mario brings a grounded kindness that helps this space feel like home.

Mario’s work isn’t about fixing people. It’s about reminding people they don’t have to carry everything alone.
