As we welcomed 2025, I felt compelled to draw a card to uncover a message that can uplift us all as a collective this month. The message for January is Protection 🦋

It is time to claim your power back and protect your energy at all costs. Check into your body, see who or what is draining your energy. How do you feel at the end of the day? Think of the people around you, events and projects you are currently involved with, past traumas, future anxieties... See how they make you feel and what emotions they trigger. To protect your sacred energy, you need to locate the drainage first and then treat it accordingly. This could look like setting boundaries with certain people, valuing your time and saying no to extra hours, or letting go of control.

Affirmation for this month: My energy is sacred and I will protect it at all costs ✨
