Racking your weights is not optional—it’s a non-negotiable part of maintaining a safe, respectful environment. The racks are clearly labeled and easily accessible. Leaving weights scattered is not only careless and disrespectful, it is dangerous. We have already had one significant injury as a result of this negligence. If you are strong enough to lift the weights, you are strong enough to put them back. This is becoming an ongoing issue. If you wish to remain a member here, respect the space and the people who share it.

Will came to me 3 years ago at 200 lbs after losing over 40 through another program. He was 48, lean, disciplined, and ready to build muscle.

Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce my much bigger, significantly hairier, and debatably more handsome baby brother, Noah McClain Zona. Born with an unfair share of good genes—brawn, beard, and bravado—he may have taken some of it for granted. Over time, even the most blessed physiques can soften around the edges.

Exactly one year ago at his DOT physical, Noah tipped the scales at 293 pounds. That’s a whole lot of man. So much, in fact, that his doctor suggested—gently, but firmly—that it was time to dial it back. And just like that, Noah decided it was time to trade in the extra mass for momentum.

With 40 approaching and a truck driving career that keeps him mostly sedentary, Noah knew this wasn’t just about looks—it was about longevity. He started by overhauling his nutrition and managed to drop 30 pounds solo, landing in the 260s. Then in October, he called in the big guns: me.

Already familiar with training, we brought structure back to his workouts—lifting consistently five days a week—and locked in a goal-driven meal plan. Since then, he’s chipped away steadily and now weighs in at a leaner, stronger 231.

This is just the beginning. The visual progress has ignited the fire, and the best is yet to come.

There have been too many times in my life where silence became my biggest regret—words left unsaid, love assumed but never spoken aloud. I used to hope that those I cherished could somehow just know what they meant to me. But life has taught me that unspoken love is too easily lost to time. So now, I say it—clearly, boldly, and without fear of making it awkward.

And with that said…

The greatest man I have ever known—I am blessed to call him my father.
His strength was quiet, but absolute. His work ethic relentless, his hands calloused not just from labor, but from years of building a life for others before himself. He gave without expectation, served without recognition, and loved with the kind of steadfastness this world rarely sees.

As a child, he was my hero. As a man, he remains the standard I hold myself against.
Try as I might, I could never fill his shoes—they’re still sizes too big. But I walk the path he paved with honor in my heart and gratitude in my soul.

Honor. Integrity. Selflessness. Strength. But also—compassion, humility, humor, and a love that never wavers. There seemed to be nothing he couldn’t fix, no challenge he couldn’t face. And though I’ve never quite figured out how he did it all, I know the why was always us—his family.

There is no replacing a man like him.
There’s only reverence. There’s only love.
And there’s only this:

I am incredibly proud to be your son.
I love you, Dad. Home team—always!

Had a conversation tonight that stirred some deep reflection—on life, on the journey, on the lessons tucked between reps and years. It hit me how much these muscles, this lifestyle, this relentless pursuit of health and strength have given me. Not just a body that’s carried me far, but a passport to experiences, places, and people I never would’ve known otherwise.

As I have shifted into a new season—focusing more on business, legacy, and purpose—I can’t help but feel overwhelming gratitude. For every opportunity, every challenge, every connection.

It all started with a dusty set of sand-filled plastic weights in a dim basement back in 1985. That small decision became a defining thread in the story of my life.

God’s been good to me. Life has been generous. And through it all—No Limitz.
