What a heartwarming celebration! 🎂

At Hickory Creek Rochester, we had the joy of celebrating Patricia Horn's special birthday surrounded by friends and family. The love in the room was truly beautiful - from the wonderful cake made by her sister Lisa Adams to the thoughtful gifts from everyone who cares about her.

Seeing Patricia's face light up with all the balloons and people around her was absolutely priceless. These precious moments remind us that what we do here goes far beyond work. We're not just colleagues - we're family. 💕
