We are thrilled to honor Sapphire as our Care Partner of the Month!

A proud wife and mother of two, Sapphire has been in the caregiving field for over 14 years and has been devoted to Touching Hearts since 2019. Her journey is driven by compassion, purpose, and a deep commitment to honoring every individual’s dignity and story.

In May 2025, Sapphire earned her Master of Public Administration from SUNY Brockport, with a focus on serving underserved and underrepresented communities. Her academic and professional dedication shines through in the meaningful connections she builds with every client.

One of Sapphire’s most treasured memories was planning a special trip to the Memorial Art Gallery for a client who thought she’d never get to visit again. Spending the day surrounded by art and laughter reminded Sapphire of the incredible gift of independence and the joy that comes from creating unforgettable moments.

Beyond caregiving, Sapphire’s creativity knows no bounds—she even designed all the décor for her wedding and crafted her own pair of blinged-out reception sneakers! Whether caring for others or crafting something beautiful, Sapphire always brings intention, heart, and a personal touch.
