Every Tuesday at 10:00am we have our Meditation Group.

In the landscape of recovery, a Meditation Group serves as the "gym for the mind." While other groups focus on talking, doing, or creating, meditation is about learning to sit with oneself without the need to "fix" or "escape" the present moment. For those navigating mental health challenges or substance use, this is a radical act of self-regulation.

More Fun and Games on Monday 2/23 at 1pm!

Check out 8 Dimensions of Wellness on Fridays in February at 10:30am!

The 8 Dimensions of Wellness is a holistic framework used in recovery to show that "being well" isn't just the absence of illness or substances—it’s about the balance of your entire life. In a group setting, this model helps people move away from a "problem-focused" mindset and toward a "thriving-focused" one.

No experience needed, just a pair of hands ready to stay busy. Come hang out in a judgment-free space where we focus on the project, not the problems. It’s amazing how much easier the big conversations feel when your hands are occupied with a craft.

Peer support is a powerful component of mental health recovery because it bridges the gap between clinical treatment and lived experience.
