Often times though, past events or current factors weigh us down and leave us feeling stuck and struggling to turn our thoughts into action. Mental Health Counseling will provide you a safe, understanding environment to explore your personal barriers and keys to growth and goal attainment. I have over ten years experience in the mental health counseling field working with children, adolescents, adults and families. My specialties include behavior issues, self esteem, mood disorders including depression and anger, anxiety disorders, relationship problems and life transitions.
