“Our Space” is a group space for youth and young adults ages 16-24 to gather, connect and reflect. Beginning on Monday May 4th and running for 8 consecutive weeks.

Through music, arts, connection and community, participants will build confidence and strengthen their voices in community.

This program is produced by the Judicial Process Commission and facilitated by Sankofa Family Counseling Services.

Black Maternal Health Week is a time to raise awareness for equitable care for Black mothers, centering their voices and experiences before, during, and after pregnancy.

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation, it happens in community when mothers are seen, supported and safe.
