Today we’re celebrating Dr. Recker — not just as a “boss,” but as the incredible leader, mentor, and example he is to all of us. 💪 He leads with kindness, integrity, and genuine care for both his team and his patients!

✨ Two of our own were invited to be part of the new Dental Simulation Lab opening today at Rochester Community and Technical College. ✨ It was such an honor to attend this event and hear about the vision, hard work, and ex*****on behind this incredible addition to our dental community.

This state-of-the-art lab will serve as a bridge between classroom learning and hands-on patient care, giving future dental clinicians—dental assistants and dental hygienists—a place to grow, practice, and collaborate across professions. Mistakes can be made in a safe environment, lessons can be learned, and skills can be refined before stepping into patient care.

The simulation lab is not only a resource for students but also a tremendous asset to the Rochester community and southeastern Minnesota. With this growing program, we will see more graduates entering the field, stronger interprofessional collaboration, and a brighter future for dental care in our region. 🦷💙

We were in “awe” of the facility and excited to see the impact it will have in our community! Congratulations!🎉

Where do we even start? Elizabeth is part of the glue that keeps us together - part dental assistant, part comedian, part puppy mom!

She brightens our days with the best stories and somehow always has a dad joke ready when we need it most (and even when we don’t 🤣). Add in her love of takeout and her two adorable pups, and you’ve got a one-of-a-kind human we’re lucky to work with everyday.
