I’m so excited to be teaching a special class at Yin Yang Kiz Weekender (April 24–26, 2026) — and this one is a little different 💥
This is a nutrition class… made BY a dancer, FOR dancers. 🥑
We’re going beyond just “eat healthy” and getting real about what your body actually needs to survive AND thrive during those long, magical (and let’s be honest… exhausting 😅) dance weekends.
We’ll cover things like:

💧 Hydration that actually keeps up with hours of dancing
🌙 How to support your circadian rhythm even after those 6am (7am…8am?!) nights
⚡ Recovery tips so you can show up strong the next day (and after the event ends).
