Appreciate this but also important to be aware of the link between alcohol and cancer: there is no safe amount of alcohol.

In early 2025, a Surgeon General Advisory highlighted what studies have shown for years: alcohol increases cancer risk.

Drinking alcohol increases your risk for seven types of cancer:

Breast cancer for females
Colorectal cancer
Esophageal cancer
Laryngeal (voice box) cancer
Liver cancer
Oral cancer
Throat cancer
According to the report, drinking alcohol increases breast cancer risk more than any other cancer in women in the United States. For example, in 2019, there were about 270,000 breast cancer cases in women. Of those, an estimated 44,180 cases — or 16.4% — were linked to alcohol use.

Meta analysis & review confirms what that scientific community already knew that there is NO link between Tylenol and child neurodevelopment

Current evidence does not indicate a clinically important increase in the likelihood of autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, or intellectual disability in children of pregnant individuals who use paracetamol as directed, supporting existing recommendations on its safety.

In winter, thoughts of gardening and farm-fresh produce may be fleeting. However, cultivating an indoor herb garden is an excellent way to bring greenery into your home, enhance your cooking, and even boost your immune system during the colder months.

Winter is the season for colds and flu, making it essential to support your immune system during this time of year. Many herbs are packed with vitamins and antioxidants that can help fortify your body’s defenses against illness. Herbs are particularly easy to grow and incorporate into your diet. By incorporating herbs into your cooking, you can enhance your health while also enjoying a variety of delicious, dish-enhancing flavors.
