Today was Wear Red Day for Heart Health at Anthony L. Jordan Health! Thank you to everyone who came out and wore their red today, while we kicked off our partnership with the American Heart Association and to serve as a host site for the HeartSaver Hub mobile CPR kiosk.

The CPR Kiosk training station will be located in the main lobby area at the Jordan Health Center on 82 Holland Street throughout February, which is also National Heart Health Month. This lifesaving training equipment will be available for staff, patients, community partners, and visitors to come and receive free training until April.

Our Story

The health services that became the Jordan Health Center, began more than 100 years ago, in 1904, and was one of the first five Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) established in the nation. Located in neighborhoods where the most pressing need exists, Jordan’s roots are steeped in service to underserved and uninsured residents, meeting their need for comprehensive health services. Anthony L. Jordan Health Center began in northeast Rochester and has since expanded to become a network of primary care offices and health centers serving residents living in three quadrants of the Rochester and in Canandaigua, N.Y.
