Whenever I teach astrology workshops I always introduce Mars as the planet of how we f**k and how we fight. As Mars passes through each sign it brings with it its impulsive and vivacious energy. Knowing your mars placement can help you navigate your anger and transform it into the energy to make boundaries. You can temper your reckless sexual desire that destroys trust in your relationships or into a focused passion that encourages trust and intimacy. We all have work and growth to do, astrology can offer us a window into some of those things that are hard to see in ourselves.

This past Sacred Sunday we connected with our realized self (the self that has everything they want in life) and we communed with them to ask how we close the gap between the life we’re leading, and the life we long for. The event was filled with many beautiful messages, reminders of our intent in this life, and a realignment with our path. Having a clear vision for your life ensures each day we can wake up and move one step closer to our dreams as a reality. Having others to share that vision with helps make the dream that much more real. ❤️

Our trials with spectrochrome therapy have been going remarkably well. We have been seeing lasting changes with peoples energy levels and sense of well being. The theory behind light therapy is that disease is connected to a lack of certain spectrums of light, and that by introducing these frequencies to the body certain metabolic processes will be kick started and the body will have the resources it needs to repair and heal disease. We have been amazed so far at the changes we are seeing and are excited to open sessions to the public once the trials are over.
