Starting in November!!! I will be offering Chair Yoga at The Rock Creek Public Library! Im very excited to be able to offer this practice right in my hometown. ❤️ This class is perfect for ANY body and any fitness level. This class will be bi-weekly for now and starts Monday Nov. 4th @ 1:00.
No experience necessary!
