Backward walking might look a little weird, until you realize how good it can be for your body 👀

Walking backwards on the treadmill can help:
✅ Improve knee stability
✅ Strengthen muscles you don’t hit as much walking forward
✅ Challenge balance and coordination
✅ Increase core engagement
✅ Improve posture and body awareness
✅ Get your heart rate up with less impact

Sometimes the best things for your body are the things that make you step outside your comfort zone.

No, you probably don’t need to do it for an hour 😂

🚨 LAST CALL: Sponsored Athlete Applications Close May 16th 🚨

Over the past few summers, we’ve had the opportunity to sponsor some incredible athletes through our Sponsored Athlete Program at 7:24 Fitness on the Rock, and the results have been amazing.

🏅 5 of the 6 athletes we sponsored went on to qualify for STATE the following school year. (Miley Bickett is our newest one in the picture)
🏅 3 are now continuing their athletic careers at the COLLEGE level.

This program is about more than just workouts. It’s about helping motivated athletes improve strength, confidence, discipline, recovery, and performance both on and off the field/court/matt/pool/track.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
The ATHLETE must apply themselves (not a parent).

To apply, athletes must email us by MAY 16TH with:
• Name
• Age & School
• Sport(s) they play
• Why they want to be selected

Our Kids Speed & Agility Training Program is designed to improve:
